Zonke releases her new single titled Tonight

Zonke, releases her new single, Tonight, scheduled for worldwide release on Friday 20 April and available to pre-save right now on http://smarturl.it/Zonke. Tonight is the first single off of her highly anticipated new album titled L.O.V.E due for release Friday, 15 June.

After taking the time to do some well needed soul searching, Zonke wanted to remind herself and her fans that there is nothing more empowering than being emotionally present in life.

“Tonight is a wish and a reminder to be fully present in the moment and to appreciate life – I wrote the song at a time where I just wanted to be open to enjoying life – this can only happen when I am present.” says Zonke.

Much the same way that Tonight energizes the listener to feeling energized in the moment – as producer, Zonke has crafted the single with an up-tempo and bass driven approach.

Zonke elaborates on the musical approach saying, “Although the song talks about being present, it has some up-tempo elements. At first I wanted the song to be as empty as possible with minimalistic instrumentation but it later developed to a fuller song that is bass-driven.’’

Tonight promises to be the anthem for everyone that wishes to live in the moment or those that need to be reminded to make the moment last because you literally only have tonight.

The single Tonight is off the vocally gifted and award winning artist’s sixth recording, and fifth studio album titled L.O.V.E which stands for Living Out Various Emotions – scheduled to be released this winter, giving fans something to look forward to this season.
