In 2015 Moozlie announced to her fans and the music industry at large, her signing to iconic hip hop label CashTime Life, as the first and only female artist signed to the stable she made her debut on thee multi award winning rapper Kid X’s 3rd official single “Se7en”.
The single generated a lot of buzz and reached 100k downloads in less than 12 hours. She was then featured on Dj Vigilante’s hit single “Pasop”, Dj Speedsta’s “Don’t Panic”, and Da L.E.S’s hit single “6 am” which is on his latest Album “North God”, which also features stable mate Ma-E. She closed off 2015 with one of the most anticipated collaborations of the year, she was one of four female rappers featured on the remix of critically acclaimed rapper AKA’s “Baddest”.
In 2016 Moozlie was unveiled as one of the new faces for the Adidas women’s range and featured in a photo shoot for the international brand. All the while Moozlie became one of the new faces of Vuzu Amp as well as landing the job as host on Channel O’s The Drop.
On the 8th of August 2016 Moozlie announced the she would be releasing her first solo single “Recipe” which would be exclusively released through her record label Nomuzi Mabena Music cementing her role as South Africa’s Hip Hop Queen.
With the personal motto; “Where there is life, there is hope”, Moozlie is definitely destined for greatness. This is only the tip of the iceberg for what should be a very exciting for the young media mogul in the making.
